Photography and Videography Sessions

$100/hr- no minimum 
$500 Half Day (any 6 hours) $1,000 Full Day (any 12 hours)
​Your rental fee includes: use of the indoor and outdoor space, 2 furnished dressing suites, bathrooms, prep kitchen, nearby parking, and market lights. Upon booking, you will be given instructions but no one will be on-site during your session. The hourly fee begins with your entrance time and ends when you exit. Please leave the space as you found it when your session is complete. Please send an email to to book your session!

Events & Celebrations

$300/hr- 3 hour minimum 
The Graham Mill is available for booking for Sunday-Friday.  Saturdays can only be booked 3 months before the event date.  The hourly fee is from the time doors are unlocked until the time they are locked so please include time for set up and clean up. Discounts are available for non-profit, community and religious gatherings! Your rental fee includes:

Workshops & Education

​The space is available for all types of workshops, educational opportunities, and exercise classes.
This rate applies to events 30 guests and under.  

How do I book the space for sessions?
We are happy to host any and all portrait sessions! For clients getting married at The Graham Mill, there is no additional charge. For anyone else, our rental fee is $100 an hour. If you are ready to move forward, please click HERE.

How can I get on the preferred vendor list? 
Clients who book at The Graham Mill are provided a list of preferred vendors we ask them to choose from. If clients ask to book a vendor not on our list, we simply ask that the vendor is a professional and provides proof of business insurance and a link to 10+ positive reviews. Our list is comprised of vendors we have worked multiple weddings with over our past 5 years in the industry who went above and beyond to serve our clients with excellence. We get no kick-backs from our vendors and it is not possible to pay to be on our list. We add new vendors to our list monthly and after 2 strikes (client complaints, poor communication for weeks, vendor or guest complaints) we remove vendors. To be added to our list, continue everything you are doing to get booked by clients so we have an opportunity to work together! We are not able to add you to our list until we have worked a wedding together so we can truly reccommend you from experience. 

What is your vendor room?
On the wedding day, you are welcome store your gear within our secure vendor room! This is a room with storage and charging stations to make your lives easier 🙂 There are also tables and chairs for you to eat your dinner in private. Lastly, there is a comfy chair with a small table for moms who are breastfeeding or pumping.
