Parties

We allow families to do self serve catering and merely charge them extra for a cleaning fee ($200). Otherwise they can use Smokehouse at Steve’s for $20 per person food and $15 for beer and wine.

Ample natural light including 2 full walls of windows, skylights and a glass garage door that opens up to our back lawn! Every renovation was carefully planned based on our experience with over 300 weddings and hearing what couples look for in a wedding venue! Learn More

The Graham Mill FAQ's

We are located in Downtown Graham, just 30 minutes from Durham, Chapel Hill and Greensboro and less than an hour from Raleigh and Winston Salem. We would love to host your wedding, corperate event, celebration, photo/video shoot, or any other type of event.

The Graham Mill can accommodate up to 200 seated guests (240 cocktail style) and has indoor and outdoor ceremony locations.

There are two FREE public parking lots that serve our complex. One is directly in front of us (70 spots) (next to the presbiterian church) and the other is behind our building (50 spots). (It would be nice to have aerial photos of this.) There are many other free parking areas throughout the city of Graham. Additionally we have an 18’ wide and 25’ long gravel driveway that can be used for loading, unloading, and for guests with limited mobility. We have had events with 240 guests not including staff and we have never been met with a lack of available parking.
