Special Occasions
Special occasions, or non full-day wedding events, are rented at $350 an hour. Hourly rentals include:
- Indoor/outdoor set up options in all 3 events spaces
- New backyard greenhouse
- Reception space for up to 200 guests
- Tables and chairs to seat up to 150 guests
- Free set up and breakdown of all tables and chairs (as of 9/1/25)
- Extra inventory of tables for gifts, cake, decor, etc.
- 2 dressing suites, bathrooms, and prep kitchen
- Indoor and outdoor market lights
- Free nearby parking for all of your guests
- Venue Host: directing parking, keeping restrooms stocked, answering venue questions
